“This was our first made-to-measure project: replacement wardrobe fronts. We hoped to update the room while keeping the sound existing carcasses, but did not know which material or opening system made sense. We could discuss the first version remotely, then confirm the points that genuinely needed checking at the Benidorm property. Both were explained in ordinary language. We were shown a physical sample beside the existing floor. That changed our mind about the colour, fortunately before production.”

Those constraints were dealt with in the drawings, so fitting day was calm and well organised. Communication stayed clear when we changed one detail, including the effect on timing and price.”
