Made-to-measure wall beds in Benidorm

“The finished wall bed and study area looks calm, which hides how many awkward details had to be resolved. We asked the team to make a small room useful for work and occasional overnight stays. The team did not assume that every home in Benidorm was alike; they checked our actual walls, light and access. The drawings dealt with those details one by one. They did not promise that the first sketch was perfect. The second version was much better because it reflected how we actually use the room.”

“A fitted wardrobe sounded simple until we looked at the access and the existing services. We wanted to use an awkward recess for long hanging, drawers, shoes and luggage. The survey in Benidorm also picked up hard-wearing easy-clean surfaces, which had not been obvious in the photographs. Those constraints were dealt with in the drawings, so fitting day was calm and well organised. Communication stayed clear when we changed one detail, including the effect on timing and price.”

“We contacted the studio about a shared children’s bedroom. The brief was quite specific: fit two sleeping places, useful storage and a proper study surface. Because the room is in Benidorm, we asked specifically about compact layouts; it was covered in the proposed sequence. They asked sensible questions, showed us where the first idea would have caused problems and set out the revised layout clearly. We liked the lack of sales talk. Where standard hardware was sufficient, that is what they recommended.”
