The local point that mattered in our case was compact layouts. It changed one detail, but not the overall look. They asked sensible questions, showed us where the first idea would have caused problems and set out the revised layout clearly. We were shown a physical sample beside the existing floor. That changed our mind about the colour, fortunately before production.”
