“Our project was a dressing room, and we wanted to make open storage feel ordered and add light where it was genuinely useful. What stood out was the order of the process. Measurements, openings and material choices were discussed before we were asked to approve anything. The quotation was not the shortest document, but it meant we understood what was included.”

“A fitted wardrobe sounded simple until we looked at the access and the existing services. We wanted to use an awkward recess for long hanging, drawers, shoes and luggage. The survey in Benidorm also picked up hard-wearing easy-clean surfaces, which had not been obvious in the photographs. Those constraints were dealt with in the drawings, so fitting day was calm and well organised. Communication stayed clear when we changed one detail, including the effect on timing and price.”
